Sunday, November 17th was our annual tie-dye day! Mentors, team members, and family members pitched in for around three hours to tie and dye lots of t-shirts and sweatshirts.

PowerUp is about power cubes, or milk crates. Who wants to shoot milk crates? Apparently – us!
The team spent the weekend at a beautiful cabin in the woods, mixing meetings with play time outside.
We got our new challenge on January 10. Since then, our whole team has had one focus – work together to build a robot and a team ready to compete. This past weekend, we packed up the team, the pit, the mentors, and many parents and headed to Duluth to see how well our work…
University of Minnesota’s Triangle fraternity is sponsoring No Mythic for at least the third year in a row. Fraternity members came out Sunday to see the robot drive, pick up gears, and climb. They asked great questions about the drive train, CAD, batteries, 3-D printed parts, and more. Thank you Triangle!
NoMythic attended the Northern Lights Regional. We spent three days in the DECC arena, scouting, driving, programming and most importantly– cheering on our team. We had an amazing time at the competition and it was so inspiring to share that space with so many other incredible teams. NoMythic proudly won the Excellence in Engineering award…
Parents – we need help! We must have two adults per team in order to run the teams. Students with a parent volunteering get priority for spots on the teams. Practices are on Wednesday afternoons until mid-December. We’re particularly looking for adults who can support and focus student behavior – not technical issues. Lego training…
