Twelve students, four mentors and three parents made the journey to Duluth, where we played 19 matches and came home with a third place trophy. A good time was had by all!

Week Six Update – February 10, 2018
So much is getting done! Right now Kelli, Sam, and Lex are working on bumpers (pictures 1 + 2); Ethan and Zo are milling pieces for the robot (pic 3); Nick and Emilio are working on the chassis (pic 4); Robert, Sean, and Brad are working on pneumatics (pic 5); Wesley, Lando, Connor, Anna, Elizabeth, Henry, Lukas, and Mark are all working on electronics (pic 6); and, last but not least, Alex and Noah are CADing (pic 7). Good work, teams!
Prototype Shooter – January 27, 2018
PowerUp is about power cubes, or milk crates. Who wants to shoot milk crates? Apparently – us!
Kickoff – FIRST Power Up – January 6, 2018
FIRST PowerUp is all about strategy. A retro video game collided with FIRST game developers, and came up with a crazy complicated game. We love it.
The first step was a bunch of quiet reading time to learn the rules.
Then small groups to figure out what those rules mean. How can we score points? Is there a way to guarantee a win?
FLL/FTC/FRC Celebration – January 4, 2018
Students from all nine Mythical Robotics teams gathered to celebrate their good work. The six lego league teams are now done for their year. The two FTC teams have one final competition left. The FRC team is just getting started – the challenge comes out on January 6th. Good work all!
