Red alliance takes this match with a score of 317 to 36!

An amazing auto went off getting a full shooting cycle and going back for a full hopper.
Overall we were looking in really good shape scoring wise.

But dont worry, we always try to keep the pit busy. We indeed did sprinkle the field with pieces of Omni wheel (helps us to get over the bump) and handed some of that back to pit. In case you were worried about programming getting bored, we also let them know that the shooter hood wasn’t moving and that we were aiming manually.

Even though we broke 300, it still feels there is room for improvement. NoMythic hasn’t yet reached its peak, and we are very very excited about that. Next match is a big one for us as we are against the highest ranked team, Mustang. The plan is to protect our intake, and score a bunch!

Blue alliance takes our first qual match of the day 161 to 116.

In case you didn’t know, programming has implemented a new fun odometry tool, the Meta Quest.
When we were setting up on the field our limelight’s caught a glimpse of an april tag and told our Quest some wrong info field positioning wise.

This caused our auto to start real funky and get stuck on the bump. We hit our A stop and talked through the plan for the first scoring cycle.

Passing was attempted again in this match, but wasn’t looking favorable compared to having a full hopper for the shooting cycle. We will prioritize collecting and shoveling from now on, and possibly pass if we have the time and capacity.

Note: the intake is looking good! We had packed a spare to put on for emergencies and last night we machined a few more.

(Extra practice match #1)

We jumped in que for an extra 4th match today hoping to get some more practice in/ get a little redemption from our swerve module malfunction.

Unfortunately… the intake took a pretty hard hit from Mustangs bot. It snapped in the same spot as it did in finals at Duluth.

We decided to give the pit time to fix our intake and call it for today.
