Kickoff – FIRST Power Up – January 6, 2018
FIRST PowerUp is all about strategy. A retro video game collided with FIRST game developers, and came up with a crazy complicated game. We love it.
The first step was a bunch of quiet reading time to learn the rules.
Then small groups to figure out what those rules mean. How can we score points? Is there a way to guarantee a win? 
FLL/FTC/FRC Celebration – January 4, 2018
Students from all nine Mythical Robotics teams gathered to celebrate their good work. The six lego league teams are now done for their year. The two FTC teams have one final competition left. The FRC team is just getting started – the challenge comes out on January 6th. Good work all!
Gitchi Gummi Get Together – July 20-21
For the first time, No Mythic traveled to Duluth to the summer Gitchi Gummi Get Together. This 1 1/2 day mini-regional is hosted by the Duluth East Daredevils, and features more matches and more networking time than most mini-regionals. Our team co-scouted with the Robettes, which was a huge success. One highlight of the event this year was the mentor match. Watch mentors try to control the robots and move gears below.
MSHSL – May 20, 2017
Nine students, mentors and alumni volunteered to help at the Minnesota State High School League Competition this weekend, getting a behind-the-scenes look at the work it takes to put on a robotics competition. Yeah team!
